你知道不銹鋼加工需要注意什么嗎?

通常,人們把含鉻量大于12%或含鎳量大于8%的合金鋼叫不銹鋼。這種鋼在大氣中或在腐蝕性介質(zhì)中具有一定的耐蝕能力,并在較高溫度(>450℃)下具有較高的強(qiáng)度。含鉻量達(dá)16%~18%的鋼稱為耐酸鋼或耐酸不銹鋼,習(xí)慣上通稱為不銹鋼。不銹鋼加工零件工藝及相關(guān)刀具參數(shù)設(shè)計與普通結(jié)構(gòu)鋼材料應(yīng)具有較大的不同,其具體加工工藝如下:

Usually, the alloy steel with chromium content greater than 12% or nickel content greater than 8% is called stainless steel. This steel has certain corrosion resistance in atmosphere or corrosive medium, and has higher strength at higher temperature (>450 C). The steel with chromium content of 16% to 18% is called acid resistant steel or acid resistant stainless steel, which is commonly known as stainless steel. 1、鉆孔加工。在鉆孔加工時,由于不銹鋼材料導(dǎo)熱性能差,彈性模量小,孔加工起來也比較困難。解決此類材料的孔加工難題,主要是選用合適的刀具材料。

1. Drilling. In drilling process, because of the poor thermal conductivity and small elastic modulus of stainless steel, the machining of holes is difficult. To solve this problem, it is mainly to choose suitable tool materials.

(1)刀具幾何參數(shù)。刀具幾何參數(shù)對其切削性能起重要的作用,為使切削輕快、順利,硬質(zhì)合金刀具宜采用較大的前角,以提高刀具壽命。一般粗加工時,前角取10°~20°,半精加工時取15°~20°;精加工時取20°~30°。主偏角的選擇依據(jù)是,當(dāng)工藝系統(tǒng)剛性良好時,可取30°~45°;如工藝系統(tǒng)剛性差時,則取60~75°,當(dāng)工件長度與直徑之比超過10倍時,可取90°。

In order to make the cutting light and smooth, the hard alloy tools should adopt the larger front angle to improve the tool life. In general rough machining, the front angle takes 10 to 20 degrees, while the semi finishing process takes 15 to 20 degrees, while the finishing process takes 20 degrees to 30 degrees. The choice of the main angle is that when the process system has a good rigidity, it is advisable to be 30 to 45 degrees; if the rigidity of the process system is poor, it is 60~75 degrees, and when the ratio of the length to diameter of the workpiece is more than 10 times, it is advisable to be 90 degrees.

(2)前刀面刃磨時粗糙度值要小。為避免出現(xiàn)切屑粘刀現(xiàn)象,刀具的前、后刀面應(yīng)仔細(xì)刃磨以保證具有較小的粗糙度值,從而減少切屑流出阻力,避免切屑粘刀。

(3)刀具材料選擇。西安通風(fēng)管道加工廠家認(rèn)為因加工不銹鋼零件時切削力大、切削溫度高,刀具材料應(yīng)盡量選擇強(qiáng)度高、導(dǎo)熱性好硬質(zhì)合金。對于此類材料淬火零件的加工,可以采用CBN(立方氮化硼)刀片,CBN硬度僅次于金剛石,硬度可達(dá)7000~8000HV,因此耐磨性很高,與金剛石相比,CBN突出優(yōu)點是耐熱性比金剛石高得多,可達(dá)1200℃,可承受很高的切削溫度。

(3) tool material selection. Compared with the diamond, the outstanding advantage of CBN is that the heat resistance is much higher than that of the diamond, and it can reach a high cutting temperature.
