鍍鋅螺旋風(fēng)管
Galvanized spiral air duct
風(fēng)管采用鍍鋅鋼板,其厚度應(yīng)符合GB50243-2002下表選用以下規(guī)定。形風(fēng)管的彎管,可采用內(nèi)弧型或內(nèi)斜線矩形彎管。當(dāng)邊長(zhǎng)A大于或等于500mm時(shí),應(yīng)設(shè)置彎管導(dǎo)流片。矩形風(fēng)管的三通或四通,可采用分叉式或分隔式。風(fēng)管與法蘭連接,翻邊應(yīng)平整,寬度應(yīng)一致且不小于6mm,并不得有開裂及孔洞,對(duì)角及翻邊縫應(yīng)涂上密封膠。法蘭用料規(guī)格見下表: 風(fēng)管法蘭制作應(yīng)先做好模具。模具做好后檢查模具的幾何尺寸,對(duì)角線是否符合設(shè)計(jì)及規(guī)范要求,檢查無誤后進(jìn)行下料、校直、鉆鉚釘孔(孔距不大于150mm)、組裝、焊接、鉆孔。另外對(duì)邊長(zhǎng)大于800的風(fēng)管應(yīng)加固措施。風(fēng)管及法蘭尺寸的允許偏差和檢驗(yàn)方法見下表:

After the mold is completed, check whether the geometric dimension and diagonal line of the mold meet the design and specification requirements. After the inspection is correct, blanking, straightening, drilling rivet holes (hole spacing not greater than 150mm), assembly, welding and drilling shall be carried out. In addition, reinforcement measures shall be taken for air ducts with side length greater than 800. The allowable deviation and inspection method of air duct and flange size are shown in the table below:
風(fēng)管安裝過程中,進(jìn)行風(fēng)管分段檢漏測(cè)試。風(fēng)管制作安裝后,要檢驗(yàn)合格才交付下步保溫工序。風(fēng)管吊桿的末端要滿足調(diào)節(jié)風(fēng)管標(biāo)高的要求,吊桿制作好后,根據(jù)風(fēng)管的布置位置進(jìn)行安裝,水平風(fēng)管的間距不大于3m,垂直風(fēng)管不大于4m。風(fēng)管支吊架、防火閥、電動(dòng)風(fēng)閥等部件安裝處須單獨(dú)設(shè)支吊架處,一般風(fēng)管每隔3米左右設(shè)支吊架一個(gè),支吊架的作法可參照采暖通風(fēng)**標(biāo)準(zhǔn)圖集。風(fēng)管支、吊架不得設(shè)置在風(fēng)口、閥門、檢查門及自控機(jī)構(gòu)處。吊桿不得直接固.
